JBM Systems Pricing and Ordering Information

Online ordering is now available via Paypal. Terms for payment are NET 30 unless other terms are noted on the invoice. JBM Systems offers the following methods of payment: credit cards, and checks. You may order via the online method or you can print our fax order form and fax it to us.

Checks

To pay by check, you must fax a signed and authorized company purchase order along with our order form to (781) 623-6535. Orders will not be taken without a signed and authorized purchase order. Software licensing may be delayed by JBM Systems until payment is received.

Checks must be payable in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank. An invoice or receipt will be emailed unless an original is requested.

Site License Pricing

JBM offers site licenses for approved institutions, typically government, educational or non-profit organizations. Please contact us for pricing and qualification details.


 

90 days of support are included with each new license purchased. Our Maintenance and Enhancement Plan (MEP) may optionally be purchased for the following year. If you have any questions on our pricing below, please feel free to contact us any time.

JBM Systems Maintenance and Enhancement Plan (MEP)

The Maintenance and Enhancement Plan (MEP) contract was developed to provide customers with continual upgrade and support options on all JBM software applications. A current MEP contract ensures the following services on purchased and registered licenses.

Product Upgrade and Technical Support Services

The MEP contract includes 12 months of release specific product upgrades and 12 months of unlimited technical support. Release specific upgrades are upgrades within the same product code and Windows environment (i.e. OctoTools 6.0103 to OctoTools 6.1107 ). Version changes may be at additional cost (OctoPDF V6.1107 to V7.0000 )

A current MEP contract may also entitle customers to special pricing for cross-platform conversions (i.e. OctoForm to OctoDesigner, when available ) and For details on cross-platform conversion, please contact your sales representative.

JBM Systems, Inc. Refund Policy

Software written by JBM Systems, Inc (JBM) is downloadable and is try before you buy. Users will be given an opportunity to run the software for up to 21 days before making a buy decision. All requests for refund or credit must be made in writing within 30 days of receipt of the order. A refund or credit will not be issued for software that has been installed and licensed or for orders older than 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.   • Computer Hardware and Special orders are not refundable
